Opal F1 sponge gourd

Description of the variety

Opal F1 sponge gourd is a hybrid sponge gourd. The main vine produces fruits at every 2 to 3 nodes The fruits are 22 - 24 cm long and 7 - 8 cm wide. The average fruit weight is about 350 gram. The flesh is firm textured. The skin is medium green with wax. Good for transportation.
