Zhujie Chinese Mustard, scientifically known as Brassica juncea, is a robust and fast-growing leafy green widely cultivated across East and Southeast Asia. The plant typically grows 30–60 cm tall and produces edible stems and leaves that are rich in vitamins A, C, and K, as well as antioxidants.
