White kangkong
Description of the variety
“White-stemmed water spinach is a fast growing, warm-season leafy vegetable. The stems are white, smooth, hollow and crispy and it is the key trait of this Kangkong. Because of its fibrous root system, it performs well in moist or semi-waterlogged soils. Leaves are narrow oval to slightly arrow shaped and bright green. Tender texture with mild flavour.
