Precious F1 carrot
Description of the variety
Precious F1 is a hybrid Kuroda carrot. Vigorous growth. It features carrots of dark orange colour and small core. The average carrot length is about 20 - 22 cm long. It has good root shape and size uniformity. It does not have bolting tolerance so it is not suitable for Spring cultivation. The suitable season of growing this cultivar is Autumn. When exposed to sunlight, this cultivar tends to have green shoulder. It is recommended that some measure is taken such as covering the shoulder with soil during the growth to avoid the green shoulders.
